This unoaked Chardonnay has nice and complex aromatics. There are strong pear, Crème Brule and peach cobbler flavors. This wine has hints of vanilla and caramel. The unoaked Chardonnay has bright yet balanced acidity, and a nice full mouthfeel with a lingering finish.
